Citrus Lane Review and A Giveaway!

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Citrus Lane.

A couple of weeks ago, when we were in the trenches with sick kiddos and stuck indoors, a little ray of sunshine arrived on our doorstep. A Citrus Lane box filled with goodies - mostly aimed at Ellie's age group, but let's face it, whatever she has HUT wants, and vice versa.

I actually used to subscribe to Citrus Lane when HUT was little and it was so much fun opening a new box of goodies every month. We received awesome toys, books, health items, snacks, etc. each month. We still use a lot of those items to this day and they've been handed down to Miss Ellie. There were a few kinks in their delivery system a couple of years ago, but now they have upped their game, improved their deliveries and have also launched a store, the Citrus Lane Shop, that you can visit anytime to purchase their more popular items (I may or may not have my eyes on a baby doll for Ellie in their shop).

This go-round our box had bath toys, teething snacks, a teething ring, wooden toy and some bath wash. It's like they already knew what was going on in our world - I've been unhappy with our bath soap lately and Ellie seems to be in the thick of cutting more teeth. At least her constant drooling and need to put everything in her mouth is leading us to think we have some more chompers on the way.

The thing that I like most Citrus Lane is that they only send quality, unique products. The bath toys were by one of my favorite companies, Boon. The teething ring and toy were wooden, which I prefer over plastic any day. The body wash/shampoo combo was by Episencial. And the teething wafers were organic.

Personally, since the holidays are rapidly approaching, I think this would be a great gift to give any kiddo in your family. It's sort of the gift that keeps on giving, you know? And you would easily spend more than $25/month if you went out and purchased the items in the box individually on your own.

And now, the fun part of this review - I have a $25 voucher to give away to one lucky reader!

  5. The alphabet abacus is pretty rocking, but I'd probably spring for the Goldilocks nesting dolls set. Should I be embarrassed that we own about half of the items on the boys' list?
